What color did your hair stylist color it. if it is darker then what you want now then I would recommend going back to a professional for the medium brown color. it would be considered a color correction and can get tricky. if your hair is naturally black, then store bought color may not be best for you. I would just recommend going to a professional in general. don't bleach your own hair either...it is not needed and can cause excess damage.
