I can see a big difference just by over drawing. if you want fuller plumper lips I suggest buy a "fullerlips" suction thingy, I'm going to buy one myself. or this is going to sound Hella dumb but I suck on a shot glass till I feel my lips tingle ,then let go and do it like 4 times. your lips will be way bigger lmao I been doing it and it last about 6 hours. as far as over drawing like Kylie, Idk what lip liner she uses but I'm pretty sure she just lines her surgically enhanced plump lips.

Thank you everyone it wasn't a big difference cause I'm still new at this and I didn't want to look to weird and I know Kylie uses whirl lip liner but I just love her shape so I definitely screenshot that picture to try thanks!
