Hi beauties! So I need some help on covering some acne scars that just won't cover up even with my MUFE FULL COVER concealer. The pigmentation still shows up through. Some of the scars are red and some like that dark purple/brown blemish color if that makes any sense. So I thought a good color corrector would be good. What color should I use? And what's a good brand? Thanks!!

Maybelline has a green concealor thays used to reduce redness and I believe purple cancels out yellowness and sallowness in the skin as well. I know MUFE has both. my best bet would to go with a concealor pallette :) I believe MAC has a pretty good one.

Green concealer is definitely good for cancelling out the redness, where a concealer with a yellowish tone is good for cancelling out the purple. I know MUFE has a colour correcting palette, I've never used it but I hear good things about it.

Thanks girls. I've seen the MUFE palette so I think I'll try that out.

Clinique has a green tinted BB cream that you can just put over the blemish area and then do foundation on top. Works wonders and you don't have to be too much of an artist to do it.

Also the Clinique acne concealer has a green one and all the colors have a green tint behind the color.

Thanks Diana :)
Marysa I actually have that one but it doesn't do too much for color correcting
