Misshapen eyebrow brush

My parrot, yes I said parrot, got hold of my eyebrow brush the other day and had a pull on it so the bristles have gone out of shape so it won't make a neat line anymore, I've tried washing it to get the shape back no luck as far, is there any way to fix this or is it time for a new brush?

My friend has a pet rat who hides her makeuo and tends to nibble on her makeup Lol. h&m has a eyebrow/ crease dual ended brush for 4-5 bucks that's nice if your on a budget.
