I want to try out L'Oreal True Match foundation as I've heard nothing but good stuff about it! I've colour matched myself and I'm W1 (golden ivory). I have a warm undertone (yellow).
I have a few questions about it, which I hope you girls can answer -
1. Would it work well with mainly dry skin with an oily t-zone?
2. Is it full coverage?
3. Could I use it with a powder that is of a different brand (I use Rimmel London Stay Matte).
4. Does it work best with or without a primer?
Thanks girls!xx

1. Yes it will as long as you moisturize well.
2. It medium but is build able
3. Yes that is what I use to set it.
4. I always use primer with whatever foundation I'm wearing. It just goes on more smoothly when I do.
I love it!! it's one of my favorite foundations! (:

1. Yes it has a great consistency that does not accentuate dry patches
2. It is medium I believe but you can build up coverage
3. Yes I use Other powder that will help control my super oil slick face haha
4. I think it works best with a primer, it extends the foundation life I tried it out without and it was good for 6 hours, with a primer I can actually wear it and look good for an actual 8+ hours

I use it and its in my top two fave drug store foundations, so here's my experience with it:
1. I have dry skin and yes its great. Very natural looking. I rarely get oily and when I do it hardly shows.
2. Medium but you can build a lot like keep applying and youll be completely covered.
3. I use that same exact powder and it works great.
4. Honestly its better with primer for me... It looks smooth.
I highly recommend it

1. Yes just use a moisturizer to balance out your skin out. I use Yes To Tomatoes Clear Skin Daily Balancing Moisturizer before I put on my foundation.
2. It has pretty good coverage but it doesn't cover my acne scars. If I want my acne scars covered I have to use a concealer with it.
3. Yeah use whatever powder you want with it. I personally use Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder and it gives me such a soft flawless look.
4. I've worn it without primer before and it still works great. All foundations just work better with a primer though, it just makes the end product look so much better. I use Rimmel Fix and Perfect Pro Primer and I love it. I have oily areas on my face and I've found that primer really helps so you don't get so oily and shiny during the day.
Loreal True Match really is my absoluetly favorite foundation. Definetly try it out!
Good luck! :)
