How can I achieve double winged eyeliner? I've always liked it but I can't do it, I am wondering if I'm doing it wrong. Can someone please help??

I think winged liner really depends on your eye shape - try looking for tutorials for double winged liner that match your eye shape - I usually do the normal wing on my top lid and make sure it's perfect and then the second wing follows the waterline on the lower lid and just keep that same wing shape as the top kid as a guide.

Yeah that's true winged liner in general takes practice to master.
