I prefer Estee more on the quiet side. ;)
Might I ask what products you are waiting on for your skin?
I also get dry eyes and agree that BB cream can be a fantastic alternative to foundation for drier skin.

I personally really like my Bareminerals foundation. It doesn't cling to dry patches, stays put all day and has high (full) coverage. The shade range is great, too, I have the lightest shade and I always find it tricky to find a good colour match as my skin is cool toned and a lot of foundations are quite yellowy, but the Bareminerals one works really well. Hope this helps!

Try Dior hydra life BB Creme, it's so hydrating and makes your skin young and glowing and not dry at all. It's like glowy dew but not oily. It also has amazing coverage. I now use it as foundation

Sorry that was so long and maybe a little confusing but I use the mineral routine that I said at the end, as an everyday. And when I'm doing a bolder more dramatic looks for special occasions, I use MUFE.

I have extremely dry skin and MUFE HD is one of the better foundations for me. Since that works for you why don't you continue to use it but with a concealer for extra coverage? Thats what I do and it works great. I recommend Nars and I really like Hard Candy's Glamoflauge. I know a lot of people don't like it but I you only need a itty bitty tiny bit lol and I find it best to use a brush with (if I don't use a brush it looks too heavy). Also try using something skin care wise if you don't already, I recommend CeraVe Hydrating Cleaners and the Moisturizing Cream, and it really helps with my dryness. Also use a primer, I actually really like L'Oreal Magic Lumi Primer (I've had so much better luck with it over other more expensive high end brands). One more thing, I know a lot of people think that mineral foundations (loose powder) are bad for dry skin but I honestly think they look the best on me compared to liquids that always just seem to cling weird to my dry skin (even MUFE) I recommend Tarte's, Merle Norman, and Philosophy's mineral foundations. My routine is moisturizing, priming, concealer, then the mineral foundation and it surprisingly makes my skin look flawless. But I do think it depends on the brushes you use to get the flawless look, I use Sephora's Pro Airbrush #56 and Elf Kabuki Mineral Brush.
