What can I do?! I used the CHI keratin conditioner for a week. I forgot you weren't supposed to use keratin too much I just used it as a daily conditioner. Now my hair is fried as if I bleached it even though I never color my hair or even use heat products. What can I do? I don't want to cut all my hair off.

I recommend using a different and nourishing shampoo and conditioner. I like the Organix Macadamia line, it's really great.

I would stray away from any form of protein, and use masks meant to rehydrate your hair. Protein are the building blocks of hair, but too much can make your hair brittle (as the Keratin did). Stick to some masks meant for moisture, and some oil treatments. I recommend doing protein masks twice a month at most. If your hair is healthy once a month is perfect. Your hair will be fine, just lay off the protein for awhile and stick to moisture =)

Did the same thing to myself! Like they said stick to moisture targeted formulas. I like joico's moisture recovery.
