Cocoa butter lotion is way overrated, I used it throughout and 5 months after my pregnancy and it didn't prevent them or help them in any way. I've been getting some results with bio oil though, very slow ones. I've been using it for about a year and a half but my marks are still noticeable just a little faded.

Try using the Burt's bees belly butter. (mama bees) I've been using using throughout my pregnancy and I've hardly gotten any stretch marks.

I'm honestly not sure what really helps stretch marks I have quite a few of them on my inner thighs and I've tried like 5 bottles of bio oil on them and saw no difference. I heard Mederma works well over time but you need to use it consistently or else you won't see results.

I have used Bio Oil on all my scars/stretch marks and it works really well. It isn't a quick fix but with patience and remembering to apply it twice daily you will see the results :) Hope you find something that works for you and in the mean time wear your stripes with pride :) Something I have seen on the internet and I think it is really empowering :) Congratulations on your little one :) xx

Never tried any oils or lotions. Did find and use a cream though. All products will work differently for everyone. The best practice is to keep using the product consistently and be patient if you don't notice results too quickly as you would like. I received results with Excel Skin Care's Premium Stretch Mark Cream. The bulk of most stretch mark creams is cocoa butter. With this product it contains Darutoside and Matrixyl two ingredients that I haven't seen in other products. If you decide to check it out good luck. I purchased it on Amazon.

I did well with a bottle of vitamin e oil I picked up at Walmart, and then used a Derma Roller on a few stubborn spots, they're barely there at all! A DermaRoller is a roller with surgical grade needles that breaks up the scar tissue. They are very fine and don't hurt or go deep, they really are great for re establishing collagen and fixing skin texture issues!💕
