I've heard the Kat Von D tattoo concealer is good. Sorry if I spelt it wrong.

I'm not sure about any eye creams but I've been using some home remedies and they are really working! Try applying almond oil every night and washing it off the next morning or cucumber..they should reduce the puffiness and diminish the dark colour underneath your eye.

I have seen quite the transformation since using Ole Henrikson's "Truth is in the Eyes". It isn't a cream, but instead a nonirritating Vitamin C Eye Peel. My eyes are brighter and smoother with a noticeable difference within days. I put Mario Badescu Hydraulic Eye Cream over it (dabbing) and sleep in it. I'm so happy with it!
