Today as a birthday present I got a $30 ulta gift card. I've never really shopped there for the last few years so I'm not familiar with the price ranges. So my question is, what should I buy? I'm looking for foundations, eyebrow products, and mascaras mostly that are $30 and under😊 ( side note: I'd like to buy more then 1 thing so I prefer not very expensive)

I love the Salon Perfect Brow Defining kit, I am not sure it's they sell it at Ulta but it's inexpensive and works great. I recommend anything from NYX.

For eyebrows definitely go with Anastasia Beverly Hills, Dipbrow or Brow Wiz. They're both around $20 but completely worth it when it comes to brows. Yes NYX has brow products too, but if you want a product that works better and last 10 times longer, then go with ABH. As for the rest of your spendings, I really like Revlon Colorburst Balm Stains and NYX has good lip products, shadows, and primers. Or you can try some of the travel sizes up by the front (and sometimes just around the high end stuff) and they actually last a long time and its a good way to see what products you like or don't like.

I would definitely spend it on face products from the prestige side of the store (the designer brands)... spend that on the pricier products because you can always buy the cheaper stuff like NYX with your own cash.

The Maybelline Dream line offers nice coverage. Loreal's Telescopic mascara is great for getting length and those little lashes below (keep the wand if you switch brands later) and NYZ has a nice brow kit. Their cream brushes are also great. Revlon Just Bitten Kissable and the Revlon colorburst sticks last a long time and rarely need touch up. Happy Birthday!

I really like loreal true match foundation. It's drugstore so it's not super expensive, around $10 I think? Cover girl foundation too, drugstore as well; not so expensive :) I also like maybelline falsies mascars.
