It's called an infinity scarf and I usually just simply twist it into two circles and put it on my head.

Just a little fyi Lola, it can be called anything and is called different things by different people in different places.
By majority in the UK it is called a 'snood' (scarf and hood), but I don't doubt people call it something different dependent on where they are or their own personal preferences.
