So I was able to dry out this terrible huge zit I had under my lip gross but now the skin is so red and flaky that it looks worse than before. I did my best to put product on the spot only and I'm exfoliating and trying to hydrate it but don"t wanna clog it back up either. Any suggestions?

I would give the skin some rest! it sounds like it might be irritated! wash it with water before you go to bed and put on a nice heavy moisturiser to hydrate the skin.

Thanks ladies! I've been putting Neosporin on it the past few nights so I'm happy to hear that's actually helping:)

Coconut oil had always helped me. Some people say it breaks them out but I put it in the areas that are dry & the next day my skin is back to normal.

Thanks Lauren! I keep eyeing the jar since I use it to moisturize everything else lol but was a little worried as I have heard the same thing about it breaking people out. I'm going to give that a shot during the day and the Neosporin at night. Thanks again Sabrina Traci and Lauren!
