Hey guys!
I just wanted some ideas and opinions on what you makeup products you guys splurge on and what you save on!
I tend to splurge on mascara as I feel drugstore ones don't help my very stubborn straight lashes and I save on lipsticks as I don't wear them very often and there are actually some brilliant ones at the drugstore!
What about you guys?:)

I'm with you, Caitlin. I tend to splurge on my eyes, but the bulk of my lipstick is from the drugstore. What I spend the most on is skincare. ugh!

I mainly spend my money on makeup palettes I too buy drugstore lipsticks lol I just never feel the need to buy expensive things unless it's eyeshadow

I tend to splurge mostly on eyeshadow palettes, as I feel like the quality is just so much better than cheaper options. Sometimes foundations, too, as there tends to be a much broader shade range.
I tend to save mostly in concealer and mascara.

Save on mascara and lipliners- tend to go with Loreal and Maybelline for mascaras and NYX for lipliners. Splurge on highlighters, blush and foundation! X.

I splurge big time in skincare. I do have a few drugstore faves but for the most part I have the greatest success going high-end with skincare...especially medical grade skincare. I used to go high-end with mascara but not anymore unless its gifted to me. As far as cosmetics go...I don't discriminate...I love drugstore lippies as much as my high-end lippies. I refuse to buy drugstore blush though...I have yet to see a color I like worthy of me taking home.

I splurge on skincare ,lipsticks blush, highlighters, but I also found great drugstore blushes for my skin tone, and lipsticks i save on mascara ,liquid liners , and I like my drugstore foundation it works great , I really like having a mixture of both drugstore and high end in my collection.

I am all over the place with that I have a good mix of high end and drugstore. But I definitely lean towards high end for eyeshadow and eyeliners mostly from urban decay. I love drugstore foundations and concealers.

face products(foundation,concealer,powder) I like to save on because I go through those quickly
as far as lip products go, I splurge sometimes and I save sometimes, if its a pretty color or formula I'll get it

I invest more on skin care and foundations. As I'm getting older, I find drugstore brands aren't working as well for me. And the longer contact time on my face means I spend more money on the product. For example I spend less on a face wash than an eye cream. Anything that sets the canvas is an investment. The gilding can be drugstore steals or high end. :)

Splurge on everything cosmetic, body, and skin care, I feel I save money when it comes to clothes and shoes I'm all about saving on those but maleup I go all out. I only tend to buy make up wipes and once and a while the e.l.f black brushes from the drugstore (:

Definitely eyeshadows, foundation and skincare. I am definitely a sucker for more expensive/luxurious lip balms though. Some of the drugstore options I've tried make me cringe now so I can't cheap out there lol. Same with eyeshadow. Most drugstore stuff just doesn't cut it for me in the eyeshadow department. Skincare I find a couple cheaper things here and there that are great but overall I want something of higher quality for my skin usually.
Mascara is probably the thing I can buy at the drugstore and be okay with. But I honestly have gotten so many high end mascaras that I don't think I've used a full size mascara in about a year. They just keep popping up and I use them until they expire then move to the next sample size lol. Also I am a sucker for both Nyx lip products and the Revlon balm stains. And the lip butters.
