I have blue eyes and brown hair with a light olive complexion...which naked palette would be better : the first or the second?

I'd say 1, the shades are warmer which would bring out your blue eyes and would flatter your skin tone :)

#2 I have blue eyes brown hair as well and it brings out my eyes so much I feel that naked 1 is better for brown eyes and naked 3 for green eyes.
