Well I use a shampoo/conditioner called wen, its helped, but what I really really recommend something called a plant called aloe Vera, that really helped when my hair was really thin and needed volume ( you should grow it cause it way better than the one in stores and take from someone who has the plant aloe Vera)

At the moment I take tablets called Brewer's Yeast, you take 6 a day (2 with each meal) and they're really helping with the growth and thickness of my hair! Obviously check with a doctor before taking any supplements, but they seem to make a difference!
