You could try filling a zip lock bag with water and stuffing it inside the shoe, then putting it in the freezer as water expands when it becomes ice it will stretch out your shoes slightly. And don't feel bad about your shoe size you're lucky to have feminine feet size and can buy pretty shoes like the ones above... I'm a UK size 9 in Asia and can only buy boy shoes 😩

Put on a pair of thicker socks and put the shoes on. Then blow a hair dryer on them for a few mins. Works very well.

You just have to break them in haha. when you're not doing anything put on thicker socks or bandits at the areas it's rubbing and just walk around, jump around, whatever, and they'll break in quickly. or try Carmen's suggestion!

Don't worry I'm 18 going on 19 and I wear a size 3 or 4 (US sizing) depending on the shoes:p not a bad thing, it means you get shoes for way cheaper at the kids store! haha

Look into how ballet dancers wear in their shoes. I personally like to get an art scalpel and score the inside of the heel/back bit and I bend, kick and walk on the back as well to help break it up.

I normally break them in around the house wearing thick socks.
