Try a coconut oil mask. Put it on your ends, leave it on over night or for as long as you want and wash it out.

Well if you have split or really damaged ends, you need to get them trimmed. you can't repair split ends. try hot oil treatments with coconut oil & castor oil. also a mayo mask. for store bought mask I use loreal oleo therapy mask. I leave it in for like 30 minutes though.

Also get a protein treatment, I use one by bed head called dumb blonde and it helps to repair some of the damage. I also use macadamia natural oil deep repair mask.
