I think you should leve your hair alone for a while cuz like you sead its damaged so the moor you color it its going to actually look fried and damaged and be rielly ruf and break it just won't be healthy at all I sujest like no hot tools hair dyes for a whiyel take some good vitamins use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner ceep your hair moisturized and you should be good.

You should get black and blondeeee <3 with straight across bangs. Is it weird I think black hair and blonde bangs would be awesome on you? Yeah I'm sure it sounds weird to others lol but I think it'd be awesome!!

I like your bangs the way they are, I'd get a trim if the ends of your hair are damaged and probably stay clear of dying the hair because you said it's damaged.
If you really wanna go through with dying, I'd go brown however
