Green Tea is where it's at for removing toxins, reducing inflammation and boosting metabolism. I agree, Ginger is delicious and beneficial, but Emily is correct. I wouldn't overdo it.

Too much ginger can actually exacerbate acid reflux and cause stomach troubles, so be careful not to overdo it. I know even the tiniest amount of ginger makes me vomit (even though it is supposed to have the opposite effect).

I love ginger tea! I like drinking it to support my immune system when I have a cold coming. It might help with your skin by defending it against external harmful agents, I think :)
Make sure you also drink lots of plain water! :D good luck!

I've never heard of any of us drinking it for good skin though
It's mostly a bodily ailment remedy or just cause you like it
You're better off on working with a better skin care regime
