Filling in eyebrows

I've seen some people using standard eyeshadow on their eyebrows and some use like a special eyebrow shadow but it looks just like eye shadow
Do I really need special shadows just for my eyebrows or can I use eyeshadow because my make up budget is pretty limited being a student and all
Also what brush would you recommend using to fill them in?

You don't need to use eyebrow products specifically made for brows. you can use eyeshadows to fill in your brows just make sure that its matte.

What they said. but if you want a brow powder kit I recommend milani brow fix brow kit. it's only $6 & comes with two brow powders, a highlight, a brush, pair of tweezers, & an applicator for the highlight :)

I really love elfs brow kit it has a little brush a brow powder and brow gel and the best thing is its only a few dollars.

I use the matte colours on the w7 browns palette on my eyebrows, and I use an angled brush to fill them in:)

You can use whatever your heart desires lol Kim kardashians makeup up artist. Mario uses macs cork eye-shadow for her brows :)
