So my skin on my face is neon white compared to the rest of me and my foundation is darker then my face but it matches my arms. Lately I've been moisturizing with coconut oil at night and just whatever in the morning but now my foundation is good for about 39 minutes before it all gots clumpy around my face and turns into splotches of foundation on my face. How can I prevent this?

Try a good quality primer or different foundation. Maybe use a facial toner or a face tanner...?

I agree with both girls. I've gone through many trial and errors with my makeup/skin care routine. What I have found is that skin prep is KEY. A good skin care routine is essential as well as a good primer. Look for products that target your skin care problems (ex. oily, dry, acne prone skin) as that will also help a great deal.

Re color: Most people's faces are lighter than their bodies, so make sure to match your foundation to your face, not your arm. I agree with the rest of the girls about getting a primer and a foundation for your skin type to avoid slippage.

Hold your breathe close your eyes & hold hairspray about a foot away from your face & spray it 2-3 times. I use Rave Hairspray..works better then any setting spray

^ or a translucent powder. You can get very affordable ones at the drugstore!

Don't use hairspray. It can be okay if you are desperate (like you have to be at an event in an hour and your regular setting spray ran out) but used regularly it can cause all kinds of problems, especially with your eyes.

It sounds like some of the oil or moisturizer is still sitting on your skin and causing the foundation to break apart. Waiting longer after using moisturizer to apply foundation will help, as will using a primer that coordinates with your foundation formula (e.g. silicone primer for silicone foundation).
