So I never had major skin problems.
I had some small milia on my cheeks but never worried to much as I considered myself lucky I have no other forms of acne.
I uses to regularly wash my face, exfoliate, use AHA, moistourize, use sun protection.
But my milia was always there no matter what for years now.
Now, the last 4 days I did not use anything on my face and didn't wash my face at all!
Yeah I know it sounds gross but now my milia just vanished suddenly.
My experiment worked but I'm curious what happened?
Ofcourse I'll keep washing my face twice a day as always now.

I find that a lot of milia can be linked to moisturizers and primers, even if they are labeled 'non-comedogenic' the ingredients are too emollient and creamy. I usually ease down on moisturizer on my forehead as thats where I'm prone to milia.

Yeah my moisturizers is labeled as non comedogenic, and I do not use a lot of it.
But yes it makes sense, thank you!
I feel stupid for not having tried this before.
So I lived with milia these years thinking it was just my skin.
