What is the best red lipstick you've tried that doesn't transfer, fade or get on your teeth (preferably matte)? Do you think I can pull off red and if so what shade of red do you think would suit me? Also can you use lip liner for your entire lips instead of lipstick? Thanks!

Your so pretty girl! honestly any color would look nice on you try the mac lipsticks they have a variety of mattes. & I've seen girls wear.liners as lipsticks but add gloss as they tend to be too dry purposely

I just got my MAC Ruby Woo and its so amazing, its also matte so it stays on all day and doesn't smudge as easy!
