As long as you have your receipt, I'm sure you'll be able to get store credit or an exchange. When I got my naked3 palette, it came broke as well. Majority of the pans fell out and it lacks pigmentation.

@Dereanna and I thought it came like that but the. I compared it to my sister's amd hers the colors are vibrant and pigmented and mine is all broke and not pleased with the colors :/ thanks a lot :) and yes I have my receipt :)!

I'm not totally sure from the photo what the problem is, but in my experience sephora's pretty decent about returns. I also recommend store credit, since there's plenty of other good stuff at sephora :)

I agree, I'd return it and get Lorac Unzipped instead. (if you want similar tones) It's less cash, has nice pigment and includes a mini primer as well. I believe it's $40.

Thanks a lot girls honestly I went back to sephora and Thank God they got new team because I was affraid because of how they treat people but luckily got my money back and bought other stuff :)! @Rozberry thank you so much I will take a look at it and see if I like it but 40$ pssshh better! Lol.

Return it and get a Lorac palette any of them are way better than the Naked palettes

Yeah exchange it... I hated my Lorac Unzipped Palette though, I even exchanged it thinking I got a bad one but it was the same thing. It looks gorgeous but no matter what primer I used, it only lasted like an hour or two... Very disappointing

I'm pretty sure sephora will let you return anything for any reason with a receipt.
