Well for the first two just paint your nails nude, then use tape to make the little triangle shape on your nails & paint it black.

One thing that bothers me about that pictorial is that this technique is not called ombre, the correct term for this is gradient. If you would like to see step by step more in depth I would just search "gradient nail tutorial". For the bare to gold to black, you do the three stripes on the sponge but use a clear topcoat as your first color, gold as second, and black would the last stripe. You can't just press it on your nail once either, you need to bounce it back and forth across until it looks nice and blended. The sponged part will look icky until you apply your topcoat after all is said and done...but man it is so easy and quick once you get the hang of it.
