Halloween makeup/costume help please!

I'm going to a costume Halloween house party dressed as a female version of Jigsaw from Saw, and I was wondering if you could help me!
I need face paint recommendations (for sensitive skin) and recommendations for the makeup she's wearing. I've got the red lipstick covered and was going to use a black/dark brown pencil liner for the brows. I believe it's just a plain smokey eye and lots of mascara:) if anyone has any tutorials for this, smokey eyes or anything they can show me regarding this, that would be AMAZING:D the costume is a white shirt, black blazer, red bow tie, instead of trousers I was thinking a black stretchy pencil skirt and tights as I would get really hot in trousers and my black Docs.
Also, I'm probably not going to dye my hair black or get a wig as black is such a horrible colour to have to get out your hair, although I might dye it dark brown:)
If anyone has any suggestions or anything, thank you! Sorry for the really long paragraph:) x

Oh and by the way, I'm in the UK! I don't mind ordering face paint online as long as it's a reputable company, it's for sensitive skin and it doesn't have extortionately high shipping prices :)

If you want a smokey eye put a small amount of black on half your lid. Add a bit more and blend. Then add dark grey to the other half of the lid. Blend, Put lighter gray on and above your crease, blend. And some white on too and blend :)
