I would bring the blue in a bit further towards your tear duct, personally. Other than that's it's lovely and I don't think you should add mascara as that sort of takes away from the precise look of the blue liner.

I think it looks fine just like that :) I'd probably apply some mascara though. Whether it'd be blue or black mascara. I don't like not having mascara on my bottom lashes
