I have this big pimple on my nose I don't pop them because the white stuff that comes out off it can travel through your pores and create new pimples plus it scars! I have this natural acne treatment that works on all my other pimples but not this one what should I do?!

Agreed ^ I tried picking at one today and now it's a nasty red scab so just do not touch it no matter what lol.

I like to use Queen Helene's mint julep mask as a spot treatment. The sulfur and clay dry pesky white heads right up.

Wrap a cube of ice in a paper towel and press it to the pimple for up to 5 minutes. This will help reduce redness and inflammation. Then apply your favourite spot treatment, and keep applying it every 6-8 Hours. I love Hit The Spot by Dermalogica - it's pricey but lasts FOREVER, and it's the only one I've ever tried that works.
