Your hair has some waves in it. Use moisturizing products to keep frizz away.

Try using devacurl. It's my favorite hair product. I just put a little in and let my hair air dry. It work like magic! I use their light defining gel. You can find it at Ulta and some Sephoras have it. You could also try looking online.

Put leave in conditioner, easy as that. Really helps with frizz and dryness.

I think your hair is beautiful! It looks like it's quite thick, so my number 1 suggestion would be to go for a mid-length cut. My hair is similar to yours, and a midi style helped boost the waves and made it look messy in a good, effortlessly cool way that did not require any work on my part.
Of course, I know some people are very attached to their long hair, so if you don't want to try something new, I would suggest having your hair thinned out, and getting some more layers put in. Use a curl boosting styling product - I love the Hydrating Styling Cream from Moroccanoil - and then blow dry it with a diffuser attachment on your hair dryer. If you use the cool air, it's no more damaging than letting your hair air dry, and will help seal the hair cuticle. When your hair is dry, apply an anti-frizz serum (John Frieda is the bomb.com!) and that's that! If you really are against using a hair dryer, look up T-shirt curls by AndreasChoice on YouTube :)
