So when I was younger I had super thick hair and lots of it! Over the years I have permed, dyed it so many times which could be the reason why I've lost so much hair and it's thin now. Is it possible to restore my hair to how thick it was before? Has anyone gone through the same thing? How should I solve this?

I have gone through the same thing. I don't think there's a way you could get it back completely. Next time you buy hair products look for ones that say for fine hair or ones that'll help give you thicker and fuller hair. You could also try extensions to make your hair look thicker and fuller. Another thing you could do is when styling your hair, tease it a bit as it'll definitely make your hair seem thicker or use dry shampoo to add volume and texture. Hope I've helped! 💕

Yup same thing happened to me. tbh I think if you stop dying your hair and stay away from stress it could go back to normal but I don't know I doubt it..
