Glamglow and Boscia both have great masks. For exfoliating, I love Philosophy Micro delivery wash. To even out skin tone, you may want to look into a Vitamin C serum with ascorbic acid as the active ingredient and Dr. Dennis Gross Peel Pads. You can find reviews on Sephora's website. Philosophy has a Boosting C powder (and serum). The powder has a tiny spoon you use to add to your own favorite cream. It should be kept out of direct sunlight with the cap on tightly.

They are! I cut them in half since they work so well and use the other half on my neck, hands or feet.

What exactly do the peel pads do? Is there something on the pads or they look and feel like regular ones?

I love my Shiseido. I have bunch of this line to even out my skin tone. I have uneven skintone due to not taking care of my skin when I was young and lived in a tropical country. Now that I'm on my 30's, I regretted the days I was careless with my skin. No spf or whatsoever. Now, I'm sticking to my regimen all day and night. For mask, I just use Lush, Mask of Magnaminty. It's not high end but it works wonders. I also use the Breath of Fresh Air. They're really good on skin.

I no your about 15 so I wouldn't recommend anything to strong ,philosophy is a good gentle line ,you don't need to use any acids or anything with retinol right now there purity cleanser and exfoliating wash are good and gentle and you can try there when hope is not enough moisturizer and vitamin C,like Rozberry suggested
