Black tights wuld maybe go with it, but I wunte wear tights I'd iva put a wedges heel with it or sandals and dangly earrings a nice bangle and a shoulder bag I wuld say all tha in white wuld look nice white goes with anythin thn agen so does black.

Personally, for work I'd style it with sheer black tights and heels, and a neutral blazer. To keep it casual, I'd pair it with a jean jacket and a pair of high tops. I'd also personally shy away from wearing it with leggings, as they might look too heavy and stark black, plus they would cut off your legs at a slightly awkward place (unless you wanted to wear it with boots to be casual? That might work).

I find that black tights under a black dress or playsuit can look a little dark. You could wear nude tights and ankle boots, or get some black tights with patterns (like the ones with the garter style thigh) and trainers?
