Are you using a high SPF sunscreen applied liberally and repeated every few hours while in the sun or being active?

I used it on face, but I never used it on my hand or feet.

Well...if you start, you'll be fine. I always use SPF on any exposed areas...a minimum of 30 and in prolonged sun, SPF 70. You can exfoliate to lighten things up a bit, but using SPF will prevent darkening in the future and aid in protecting skin from darkening further at the moment.
