There is peroxide in the spray, so be very careful not to spray to much in one area or it can break it off. There's tons of horrible stories of girls having their hair completely break off at the root because of the spray.

I used It too! but it does do some damage... if you already have a bit brittle and dry hair. it will be damaging.
