Seriously, worry not. You might even talk to your gynecologist. He/she'll know what to do.

I also have that here and there and we are almost the same age. For me the cause is stress. For some people it can also be due to the food they eat. it's normal.

It's normal. I'm 32, very oily and acne prone. I never had much acne in my teens. If I don't exfoliate everyday, or take omega 3 supplements, or if I use cheap makeup I get acne. If I don't cleanse, tone (with witch hazel), and moisturize every morning and night I break out. Don't hold back, try everything you can and figure out what works. If you have less than ten zits at any given time it's really normal according to the murad rep and my derm.

I am 26 same problem and I have spent two years trying everything. I have hormonal chin acne. I changed my diet (very little dairy, mostly veg and lots of water). I am on spironolactone 100mg a night. This is starting to help after a few months. I cleanse y face with a 90%castor oil And 10%grapeseed oil. I spot treat with tea tree oil. This really is helping! Less makeup too I only wear it once a week now
