I was told Tea Tree Oil helps your hair grow super fast. What are your experiences, any positive results? I know that it works really well on acne prone skin and helps with dandruff. I got this one at Sally's for only $2.49.

Yep^ hair growth depends on genetics, the health of you & your hair. so it won't make it grow super fast, but it might promote growth :)

Its mainly used to treat dry scalp and other scalp conditions. Its mosturizing for your scalp but not your whole head of hair! It will totally dry it out, I know from experience. Unless you have super oily hair then it may work. To keep your hair healthy and get it to grow I would suggest buying coconut oil or morrocan oil! Its super moisturizing and keeps your hair healthy! Just pleassseee don't use the tea trea on your full head of hair otherwise it will be super dry!! Hope this helped(:

I find tea tree oil to be more of an astringent which will help to remove excess oil. A scalp with more moisture has a better growing environment as the top of the head is exposed to the sun, blow dryer etc.and can cause the hair to dry out and break near the scalp and so having moisture will actually prevent that. Using a light oil like Argan oil would be best. I know massaging the scalp helps to stimulate hair growth. It definitely helped my hair grow
