Taping your boobs is one option but there are also lots of backless bras out there. Look around you'll find some they sell them at a lot of stores.

Yeah, tape or sticky bras sound like your only options which if you have larger breasts is not always fun :( I have never been able to wear anything backless due to my bust size/shape.

I have a side stick bra! It's amazing and holds up perfectly! I got mine at Victoria's Secret. Don't worry about it falling because it'll feel just like a regular bra.

The come in a nude color so if you wear a nude colored bra, even if it did manage to peek out, it won't be that noticeable.

Hmmm I could never not have a bra. Just something about my nips not being secured properly lol. Something weird about me but you could get a backless bra or the sewing padding sounded like a good idea (just go to a tailor if you chose to do so) I dunno there is a reason I don't buy low back dresses.

You could always get a lace bandeau and wear that. They have some at Nordstrom rack that come in nude lace, or black or white or whatever, so that it wouldn't look awkward and you could actually use it again in the future.
