It's hard to tell with your hair in your face but it's sorta like triangle aka pear, it's the inverse of heart, like Avril lavigne with her hair up.

I guess I would say either oblong or a little more rectangular.
I can't at all tell you what nationality you look like tho. you could pull off more than one I'm sure :3
