So as of lately I've had a lot of dandruff and it's ridiculous. What can I do to get rid of it? Or slow it down a little?

My son's had it bad n they used pert plus anti dandruff. I also would use a hot oil treatment with cocnut oil and a little olive oil leave it on for as long as you can then wash it with pert. it will take a few times if its really bad.

Head and shoulders is okay. I used it and it helped with my dandruff (which I barely had any) then I switched to herbel essence and it was horrible! My whole head was flaky! It's like using drugs once your on it you seem fine then once you stop it comes back 10x worse. Now though my scalp is back to normal but it took me a couple of months.

You can try coconut oil treatment on your scalp. It helps me with any flakes I get

If head n shoulders didn't work you can also try selsun blue but it has menthol in it so be aware of that if you have sensitivities to it.

I had severe dandruff for a couple years and all these scabs on my scalp. My dermatologist recommended Head & Shoulders with almond oil specifically. It helped a lot so it may do the trick for you, but I eventually had to get a clobetasol solution that finally cleared it up for good in just a week or so. I tried Selsun Blue too and the menthol didn't irritate my sensitive skin, but it didn't help very much with my dandruff.

Try Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner, and buy the hair and scalp treatment to use in conjunction. Works wonders and makes your hair feel awesome :)

I had HORRIBLE dandruff and I'm telling you, oil your hair and your scalp with coconut, or almond oil. It is the only thing that worked. Chances are you are using too many other products which are drying out your scalp. Conventional shampoos, etc.are notorious for that. Give oil a go.
