We'll.. It's going to be warm over there so bring comfy summer clothes like shorts, tank tops, etc. makeup I would recommend waterproof or long lasting makeup if you wear any, so it won't come off from the sun.

And I would guess your hair would be cute if it was put to a side braid or a French braid

Bring a gallon-sized plastic freezer bag with you. When you go on water rides, stash your stuff in the bag to keep them dry. In lieu of a purse, I found that a drawstring style bag (like the sporty bags you use to carry your gym shoes) is easiest because it is thin, flexible, roomy, and can be stuffed into the freezer bag.

Wear a tee shirt and shorts, both in fabrics that dry easily. Wear water-resistant tennis shoes or comfortable strapped sandals, no flip flops. Definitely bring a jacket because it is cold at night; and stash an extra pair of socks in your purse in case you get wet on rides (walking around with wet socks is a one way ticket to trench foot).

As for hair, keeping it pulled back is easiest. It can get windy, and it will probably be pretty hot while you are walking. A ponytail with a headband, or a similar sporty style is ideal. That way it is out of your face and won't get all tangled up after riding the rides.

I don't know if they will let you bring your own food or drinks in anymore (they clamped down on security after a few incidents recently). Be sure to bring sunscreen and lip balm. Makeup is easiest to go minimal: waterproof mascara and maybe pressed powder, if anything. It is more important to have sun protection, because it is easy to walk around and not notice that you are burning.

Overall, plan for semi-arid summer weather with cool evenings. Remember that comfort is preferable over fashion, and that sun protection is critical. In the park, be aware of your surroundings (people do pickpocket/snatch purses when tourists aren't paying attention) and be self aware (e.g. reapply sunscreen, stay hydrated, wash hands before eating/drinking). And most importantly: have fun!

Actually, they don't. Per the Disneyland website:

" With the exception of food items for Guests with specific dietary restrictions, food or beverage items are not permitted into either of the Disneyland Resort theme parks."
