Thats a nippy temp for me. To be on the safe and comfortable side I would do the top with some skinny jeans and not the shorts. I don't know where you live but if winds come with that 67 degree temp its going to feel colder than 67.

I would be cold. Living in California has killed my temperature tolerance, lol. I would wear jeans and sneakers, and maybe bring a light sweater or jacket for evening. If you're at the beach it will be windy, which makes it much colder than the actual temperature.
I wouldn't wear flip flops with a torn meniscus. Flip flops alter your gait, and can worsen your injury. I was on crutches for two months because of a torn meniscus, and was in physical therapy for three months. My therapist was very stern about shoes; sandals should have straps, but tennis shoes with good support are the best for healing.

I think it depends on if the sun will be out or not in frisco the beach is super cold every day due to the fog that always rolls in but when the sun is out on a nice summer day it can be nice :)

Also humidity helps to make it feel warmer than it actually is too - so check the sun forecast n humidity too.

Oh you're in Santa Cruz? Me too! Yeah, the outfit in the photo would've probably been fine. ;) Weather has been pretty warm lately.
