I don't know if you guys have one but Brown Thomas should have a few of those. Debenhams too. I highly doubt you'll be able to find covergirl anywhere online that won't cost a bomb in shipping though, sorry

MAC is in most house of frasers.
You could probably find NYX, and urban decay at selfridges.
You can definitely find NARS at selfridges.
Cover girl (I think) is in some Superdrugs.

NYX is apparently available in some NEXT shops (details are on the NYX store locator for the uk), Mac in most House of Fraser's, Urban Decay in most House of Fraser's and Debenhams, NARS in a few select House of Fraser's (eg Oxford circus and Westfield) but I can't help with the others, sorry x

Selfridges in London has a big international makeup section as well as some house of graders which have international sections as well. My favourite HofF is the one on Oxford street x
