I find it easier to do it myself, especially without a mirror:) it can be a little difficult at first, but like Dije said, once you get the hand positions and figuring out how to do it, it gets easy!! I french plait my hair each night, going down the back of my head, and honestly it's just a practice thing. What you could also try is clipping in different coloured hair pieces (just single pieces, you can get them at Asda in the kids section), and using them as a colour code so you know what to do:) hope I helped!xxx
