I really like the Neutrogena Makeup Removing wipes. they take face makeup off really easily, & works pretty well on mascara too.
costs around $13-$15 from what I can remember.

I swear by the Pond's makeup remover, I believe it's called Pond's cold cream cleanser. It's very inexpensive (you can get it at the drugstore) and it gets off all makeup, including waterproof mascara.

I'm using Yes To Grapefruit makeup remover wipes right now and I love them! They act as an exfoliant and skin brightener, but if your skin is more sensitive I suggest the Yes To Cucumbers wipes.

I use garnier cleansing water. :) or clarins 3 in 1 (its a gel, when its rubs in it becomes an oil and when its wet it becomes a milk.)
