Hot water can dry the skin out. Cold for long periods of time isnt all that comfortable. Warm is probably best.

Hot steam can open pores, and cold water can close them, which is good after you just used a face wash ,,, leaves chemicals (for lack of better word) behind to fight acne.

Wash with warm water including your hair and wash your face and things to open your pores. Rinse with cold it makes your hair super shiny and clothes the pores x

Cold water reduces frizz on the hair. Better for the follicle.

I hate cold water. But the girls are right. It is good for your hair. I just hate to have cutting edge nipples after showering. So annoying!!
