Both will be smaller and thinner of course. The forearm would be wayyyy smaller if I got it there. Pens aren't very precise on skin. Also, what do you think about the stars being purple??

Alright I have it all figured out!! I'm getting it on my ankle and the stars will be purple :) now just have to do some thinking to make sure I want this permanently on my body.

Omg the ankle is going to hurt a lot on the bone!! but it does look nice on the forearm if its smaller :) I would personally do all black.
