Wash face. Rubbing alcohol. Zit cream. Ice. :)

To get rid of swelling and redness you can crush up some aspirin and mix it with water and apply it to the mark with a q-tip. I do it at night after I wash my face.

No rubbing alcohol or toothpaste they will only irritate your skin making your pimple worse
