A matte primer, either MOM or I use rimmel pro primer
Or a matte powder

Do you use an oil free foundation? if not, you should look into that! you can also keep some blotting papers or translucent powder in your purse to do a touch up during the day.

If your out and about and you have your makeuo on but start to get oily skin, there are these special paper things you dab on your face an d oil comes off, I will try to get the name of them xx

They are called 'oil absorbing sheets' they are very good! you can get them proberly from your nearest beauty store!
