Ouch. Poor little guy! From what it looks like I think your best bet would be getting him to a doctor to get a medicated lotion/treatment. In the meantime, try some aquaphor!

Victoria, he's got a lot of special ointments and lotions but refuses to wear them bcuz they sting.

Aspen. I just want to say from someone that has severe psoriasis that it doesn't look like eczema to me, it looks like psoriasis, the best I can tell you without prescription topical steroids from the dermatologist, is to use AquaPhor, it will stop the cracking bleeding and prevent the itchiness.

It can be eczema if left untreated it will crack split and bleed psoriasis usually comes out when there a bit older but unless you take him to the dermatologist you won't no for sure he has to use the topical creams or it will just get worse if he doesn't do it you do it for him I would hate for him to get a infection ,but first you need to no exactly what it is.

And I agree with Kelly put Aquaphor on it right away before it gets any worse.

Thanks Traci, I'm sure you are right, it just looks so much like mine compared to the eczema I've seen on others, but I'm definitely am not qualified to determine that.

I see now Aspen. Mine is cracked scales and bleeding everywhere, so it doesn't look like that on my body.
